Determining a child support obligation for low-income parents
The Nevada Supreme Court’s Administrative Office of the Courts is responsible to publish the table used to determine a child support obligation for those earning less than $1,595 per month. Using the table is fairly easy. The person finds their income level in the far-left column, then moves right to find the column corresponding to the number of children in the case.
